To fulfill our vision, our Senior Manager of Patient Engagement will:

  • Support the CEO in management of all program services
  • Develop and manage workflows and best practices to ensure program delivery across all clients and markets
  • Demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing with high-level management, detailed orientation, and excellent strategic thinking.
  • Lead patient experience strategy.
  • Develop and retain strong relationships with client representatives
  • Establish and report on department KPIs, alignment with client KPIs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team in onboarding of new clients and services
  • Analyze and resolve issues around quality, patient satisfaction or program performance
  • Attend client meetings

What We’d Like

Ideally, applicants should possess:

  • At least 7 years in healthcare delivery
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening, and organizational skills.
  • Management skills
  • Solution oriented, with an ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment via strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Must have demonstrated an ability to learn within a short period of time.
  • Demonstrated customer service and marketing skills.
  • Ability to research and work independently.
  • Operational knowledge of the healthcare industry, to include healthcare terminology and healthcare data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • College level education or equivalent.
