To fulfill our vision, our Manager of Client Services will:

  • Support the CEO in client relations
  • Coordinate client reporting, communications and implementation
  • Develop and retain strong client relationships
  • Act as client liaison, including ongoing communication with client representatives
  • Develop client presentations
  • Attend client meetings

What We’d Like

Ideally, applicants should possess:

  • At least 5 years in healthcare sales, marketing, or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills
  • Solution oriented, with an ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment via strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Must have demonstrated an ability to learn within a short period of time.
  • Demonstrated customer service and marketing skills.
  • Ability to research and work independently.
  • Operational knowledge of the healthcare industry, to include healthcare terminology and healthcare data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • College level education or equivalent.
