Job Title: Project Manager

To fulfill our vision, our Project Manager will:

Meet with Executive Team to take detailed notes to clarify and understand specific requirements of each project.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared both internally and externally, as needed
Complete and/or delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels within the organization
Track and report project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goal.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change, within various departments of the company.

What We’d Like

Ideally, applicants should possess:

5 years’ experience in project management
Familiarity with project management and time management tools
Experience with process improvement and inventory control
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Development of Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication
Proficiency Office products, including Excel
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
